We may share it with trusted service providers (for example, payment processors, email platforms, or vetting services such as the New Zealand Police vetting service) only when necessary to carry out our work, and always under appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements. We do not disclose personal information overseas except where an organisation is subject to privacy laws that provide comparable safeguards to the Privacy Act 2020, or as otherwise permitted by law.
